Winter is coming
WIth two Canberra winters under my belt, I know that it’s nice to escape to warmer climates when I get the opportunity to do so. Thankfully, a few conferences and presentations have come to my rescue! Turns out that it’s going to be busy over the next two months:
Tuesday, May 14 at the ARC Centre of Excellence in Policing and Security (CEPS), Griffith University, Mt Gravatt
Presenting “The Regulation of Drugs in Sport: A Global-Local Nexus of Governing through Crime”
Thursday, May 30 at the Sheraton Boston Hotel
Chairing and presenting on the panel, The Extralegal Affairs of Rights, at the annual meeting of the Law and Society Association
Wednesday, June 5 and Thursday, June 6 at the UN Headquarters, New York
Attending the International Forum on Sport for Development and Peace
Tuesday, July 9 at the Queensland University of Technology, Brisbane
Presenting “Technologies of Biosurveillance: Bodily Regulation through the Lens of Ordinary Affection” at the Crime, Justice and Social Democracy International Conference
